Yaga’s Ninth Annual Chili Quest and Beer Fest is arriving in Houston, and if you enjoy great chili and excellent beer, this is one event you won’t want to miss. Yaga’s Chili Quest and Beer Fest has been a very popular event for eight years in a row, and lets you get a lot of great food and brew while you experience plenty of other activities.
At the Chili and Beer Fest, you’ll get to try over one hundred samples of different types of beer as long as you purchase a souvenir beer-tasting mug and your drink tickets. As you sample the beer on hand, you’ll also get to talk to some expert brewers from BrewMasters. On top of that, you’ll get the chance to sample over sixty great-tasting chilis, and enjoy plenty of live entertainment and fun. There will be live music at the event, a jackpot margarite contest, a washer pitching tournament, a 5K fun run and walk, and tons of vendors for some fun shopping.
The Chili Quest and Beer Fest starts on January 19th with a Chief Cooks meeting from 708 PM and a kick off party from 8-10 PM at Yaga’s Café. The major events will take place on January 20th starting at 10AM. You must be twenty-one or older to attend this event, and you need to bring a valid I.D. to enter.
