With the holiday season now upon us, the seasonal decorations are returning, and the best and most beautiful part about that is getting to see fantastic Christmas light displays. This year, Descanso Gardens will hold the annual Christmas light display known as Enchanted: Forest of Lights, from November 25th to January 8th. Known as one of the most innovative and beautiful Christmas light displays you’ll get to experience locally, you won’t want to miss the ambiance and awe you’ll feel when you see the Enchanted: Forest of Lights.
When visiting LA’s Enchanted: Forest of Lights, you’ll get to witness some fantastic illuminated experiences, including a light program that’s not only stunning visually, but also interactive and fun. You’ll see trees decorated to match the holiday appeal you’ll feel as you walk through the garden, and you’ll also get to see many free-standing art pieces that add a breath of creativity to the mix.
Plus, you’ll get to experience some fun when you touch and interact with the color-changing columns you’ll see with the Rainbow Sycamores, and you’ll also get to determine the appearance of the colors and decorations on some of the displays by using the controls. In the area known as Lightwave Lake, you’ll get to use a button and a joystick to control the colors and the way the spotlights swing across the water’s surface.
Tickets for Enchanted: Forest of Lights cost $28 for adults and $24 for children and seniors. The light show runs every night from November 25th to January 8th, from 5PM to 9:30PM.
