If you love cooking and want to dive into culinary culture, then you’ll love the upcoming Taste America Chicago events taking place on October 27th, 28th, and 29th at various locations in Chicago. Each Taste America Chicago Event is sponsored by the James Beard Foundation, an organization that works to celebrate and honor chefs and other culinary experts who focus on making America’s food delicious, diverse, and sustainable.

Taste America Chicago’s Events

Taste America Chicago is offering three different events to kick your culinary interests into full gear.

Taste Chicago Benefit Dinner
Friday, October 27
Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel, Chicago

This event starts at 5:30 PM, with a cocktail and tasting reception, and at 7 PM dinner will be served. The dinner menu is created by Taste America’s All-Star chef Michael Voltaggio, and several other well-known chefs and culinary experts will be on hand to discuss food with you.

Saturday, October 28    
Sur La Table—North Michigan Shops

Starting at 10 AM, you’ll get to experience a cooking demo with Mindy Segal, a James Beard Award Winning Chef. She will also sign books at 11 AM at this event.

Saturday, October 28   
Sur La Table—North Michigan Shops

At 12 PM, you’ll get to see a cooking demo with Stephanie Izard, a James Beard Award Winning Chef. At 1 PM, she will then sign books for guests.
