If you’re ready to get in the mood for Halloween this October, you won’t want to miss the spectacular beauty of NY’s Rise of the Jack O’Lanterns, taking place all October long at NY’s Old Westbury Gardens. Rise of the Jack O’Lanterns is a very unique experience, and offers fun for the entire family.
At Rise of the Jack O’Lanterns, you’ll get to experience the main event—5,000 hand-carved, lit jack o’lanterns arranged decoratively to light up a scenic walking path, and set to a musical score that will make you feel like a child trick-or-treating during Halloween again. Some of the fan-favorite themes for jack o’lanterns will be present alongside some new ones, all carved up to create a fun “wow” factor in every guest.
Besides the walking path, Rise of the Jack O’Lanterns also has innovative multi-pumpkin structures for you to see. These structures are made up of illuminated jack o’lanterns and include fun creations like life-sized dinosaurs and imaginary dragons, creating pure visual enjoyment. Plus, a 40-foot fire truck made out of over three hundred jack-lanterns will be on display for the first time.
Plus, the event is haunted by ghosts of an old biker gang, sometimes viewed on the roads on their motorcycles, shooting flames out of their exhausts. You can keep an eye out for them, since they are sure to offer a scary good time.
