Radha Agrawal and Matthew Brimer came up with this amazing idea to start the morning with dance and yoga. This idea started as a small experiment in a NYC basement to showing up from Boston to Seattle and around the world! You can connect with other daybreakers and experience a party unlike any other. If you don’t want to partake in the yoga sessions, you can just dance the day away and express yourself in a new way. These events usually happen once a month in cities around the world so be sure to check the website or even sign up for notifications to stay informed when a Daybreaker is in your area!
