Linguine, fettuccine, spaghetti, oh my! Pasta is a staple at an Italian meal; come learn to make your own!
In this class, you'll learn to make your own pasta dough from scratch, plus different cutting techniques and tools you can use to shape your pasta. We'll also discuss how you can customize pasta's flavor using herbs or spices and demonstrate how to make filled pasta like ravioli.
Since no Italian pasta dish would be complete without sauce, we'll also make two iconic sauces: a simple tomato sauce and an herb pesto. We'll sit down at the end of class to enjoy a meal together. Buon appetito!
Hands-on; attendees will take home their own handmade pasta and enjoy dinner together at the end of class. Class is vegetarian-friendly and BYOB.
