Join chef Robert Petzold from Flour Cambridge for a fun and informative afternoon of tapas, Flour style. In this demonstration class, you will learn the basics of traditional Spanish montaditos, similar to bruschetta, and get to sample three varieties of this versatile dish. Of course, no tapas class would be complete without sampling two classic tapas dishes: gambas al ajillo and tortilla.
