STARTING JANUARY 9 two classes will be offered based on age. Click drop down to register January classes.

Two to Three Years Old from 10:10 -10:45 am 

Three to Five Years Old from 1:30 -2:10 pm 
 

(Mommy/Daddy/Special Adult and Me)

We will act out a funny story using yoga poses. The stories are themed - jungle adventures, missions to the moon and ocean dives- and through the fun characters in the story, we explore common themes that kids may experience in each stage of development, such as separation anxiety, sharing toys, or greeting new people, etc. The class includes warm up, yoga story, relaxation, and an activity or meditation.

Kids yoga can help children develop not only physically but emotionally and socially leading to an increase in confidence mindfulness. Also, Mommy/Daddy/Special Adult and Me class for little ones is a great way to bond with a child and have fun together (Great exercise time for busy parents!).

Yoga mats are provided.

$125 for 6 classes
