Sanity and Serenity Sisters!

Inspired by the holistic healing book Sacred Woman by Queen Afua, this event brings women together by sharing traditions, trials and triumphs that have kept us strong, and spiritually superior throughout space and time. The 2nd of 3 events, part of the Sacred Woman Winter series, this two-part event, including a yoga class and body workshop is focusing on balance, breath, and being.

Life Coach Sarahn Sankofa will be joining yoga and healing expert Dr. Robbin Alston to bring you a relaxing and rewarding afternoon of insight and instrcution, on techniques you can take home, adopt easily and implement into your daily life.

All yoga levels are welcome.

Yoga mats are limited so we suggest that you bring you own. If you do not own a yoga mat, one will be provided for you.

Age 18+ | No male attendees please. This event includes a class and will BEGIN AT 2PM SHARP! We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early.

Dress code is comfortable. We recommed you wear clothes that fit your body, and are not too big or too tight.
