While on the first date, Lucy is mugged by an assailant, and left paralyzed.  The incident traumatized her so much, she is unable to leave her Brooklyn apartment.  When the man she was with on a date tracks her down to return a locket, the two find common ground, and over time forge a friendship.  But, will it be enough to break Lucy out of her self made entrapment?
