Join us!

Pursuit is a NYC-based social impact organization that trains adults to learn the important tech and professional skills needed to succeed in the tech industry. By connecting talent with opportunity, Pursuit empowers graduates to bring change to their families, tech companies, and communities across the nation.

We aim to build a diverse and inclusive cohort that represent the demographics of NYC:

  • 70% are Black or Latinx
  • 60% do not have Bachelors Degrees
  • 50% identify as female
  • 50% receive some sort of public benefits
  • 40% are immigrants

Our fellows get jobs at companies like Spotify, Twitter, Kickstarter, LinkedIn, and Oscar after they complete our 10-12 month intensive program.

Plan!

Our info session typically runs 1.5 hours. It Includes an overview of the tech industry, a discussion on current trends, a deep dive into our program, and a Q&A session.

You can join with your mobile phone, tablet, or with a laptop.

We record all Pursuit.org Zoom presentations for internal review and training. Your personal information (the name you enter on the Zoom, your email or your webcam feed) will NOT be shared or used for any purposes. We also live-stream our Info Sessions on our Facebook page. Only the presentation content and viewing window of the speaking presenter will be visible on our Facebook page. Even if you elect to turn on your camera and see the other participants live in the session, they will NOT be visible on the livestream on our Facebook page.
