Why Canned Beer?
Part of the Craft Beer Revolution is the movement by breweries from bottling their beers to canning their craft beer. In the past, canned beer was looked down upon by craft beer drinkers because it was associated with "cheaper" beer and because of the metallic taste that can often be present when drinking from cans. As technology has advanced, the benefits of canning beers have taken a giant leap forward in the packaging and flavor preservation of craft beers. Join us at the inaugural Cans:Recycled Canned Craft Beer festival to learn more about the benefits of canned beers and help celebrate those breweries who have lead this packaging revolution.
