Winter Solstice Mala Flow

Celebrate the shortest day of the year & the celestial Winter Solstice with us on December 21st from 7:00-9:00pm! Together we will sip tea, make mala braceletes and enjoy a soothing vinyasa flow. We have a variety of metaphyscial vendors and healers so come early or stay late to induldge! 

We will begin our cosmic evening with a healing botanical tea ceremony, activating the chakras and awakening the body. Then each student will make their own crystal mala bracelet sealed with intentions and the powerful energy of the solstice. While we create our braceletes, we will set intentions for the season to come. We will end our class with a soothing & relaxing vinyasa flow. All levels are welcome, and all supplies for your mala bracelete will be provided!

Each ticket includes a cup of healing tea, mala bracelete, and 60 min yoga flow.
