The JCHS Parent Association invites you to a discussion about the film 

Screenagers NEXT CHAPTER

with School Counselor, Julie Beck, LCSW and members of the JCHS Professional Community.

February 10, 2022 at 7:00 PM on Zoom. 

When you register, you will receive information about how to watch the film in advance of our panel discussion. You will have access to the film beginning on January 27 through February 10.  Zoom meeting information for the panel will be sent on February 9 to the email address you used when registering for the film. This event is a joint initiative between the school and the Parent Association to make our kids’ mental health a priority as we cope with the ongoing effects of the pandemic. 

Filmmaker and physician Dr. Delaney Ruston takes the conversation around screens and teens to the next level with Screenagers NEXT CHAPTER: Uncovering Skills for Stress Resilience—a film that examines the science behind teen’s emotional challenges, the interplay of social media, and most importantly, what can be done in our schools and homes to help them build crucial skills to navigate stress, anxiety, and depression in our digital age.
