Brad joined Hubspot in 2008 as Director of Operations when Hubspot’s revenue was less than $1 million per year. Now, he is the Chief Strategy Officer of a company surging toward $500 million in annual revenues in 2018. In between, Brad has been responsible for business operations, go-to-market strategy, product, packaging, pricing, strategic partnerships, investments and acquisitions.
In this fireside chat, we’ll explore the common threads between business operations and strategy. We’ll ask Brad to share his stories about how Hubspot uses customer data to inform strategic decisions. We’ll also explore the role of operations in developing and executing go-to-market strategy. The conversation is likely to go in many directions, but we’ll be sure to seek Brad’s advice on how Hubspot’s go-to-market team works together to break down organizational silos and achieve growth objectives.
