Moderated by Sean Sigmon, Healthcare Business Development Director at Oracle, this lively session will focus on two points of view regarding the implementation of big data in healthcare. We’ll have the data scientist and the researcher help inform the attendees what they may expect in terms of: obstacles, best practices, etc.

Join this informative webinar to hear the following experts’ first-hand perspective and experience with big data:

  • Rebecca Laborde – Principal Field Scientist, Oracle
  • Dr. Roy Wilds – Chief Data Science Officer, PHEMI Systems

After this webinar, CIOs will be able to answer the following:

  • How do I define the future for data and information analytics across my organization, and what can I do to give my various user groups the information technology environment they need for success?
  • What roadblocks do I need to remove to accelerate research in areas like cancer, precision medicine, and genomics?
  • How can I help the insights from the data science and discovery teams get operationalized?
