1st Annual Ride to Raise funds for the Legacy Scholarship. There will be 5 days and 1229 miles. running through over 86 towns along the way. Fuel/Lunch and night Stops will be listed as we go and will be included in the Map Booklet.
All funds raised will then be taken to the National Legacy Run.
Make sure to leave a valid good email when you register so al forms can be emailed to you as well as a good mailing address to receive your booklet and patch.
All Rider registrations will include a Lone-Star Legacy Patch, and Map Booklet.
Passengers will receive A Lone-Star Legacy Run Patch
Supporters who register will receive Patch and Booklet.
T-Shirts will be available to purchase once they are complete email notification will go out when the T-shirts come online.
The American Legion’s Legacy Scholarship Fund provides college scholarship money to children of post-9/11 veterans who died on active duty, or have a combined VA disability rating of 50 percent or greater.
The American Legion wants to ensure higher education is a possibility for children whose parents lost their lives while serving our country. Beginning with the 2017 award year, The American Legion expanded the scholarship to include children of VA-rated, post-9/11 veterans with a combined disability rating of 50 percent or higher.
