About Uke Society:
Uke Society partners with small, local businesses to provide free ukulele sessions in the community. These sessions include: technique workshops, beginner to advanced group lessons, and related social gatherings and performances.
We believe by drawing people together with music, we can make an impact on 3 major areas in the society:
1. Music discovery: People will begin or progress on a music journey
2. Stronger community relationships: By providing the community with a place and time to enjoy music, more people will have the opportunity to support local businesses in return
3. Make friends and have fun: Because we can all take a break from our digital devices
