This 4 session course is designed to help budding entrepreneurs plan, launch and scale sustainable businesses through an approachable step by step framework designed to help get your side project or idea off the ground with minimal (bootstrapped) financial investment.
Transform your idea into a business opportunity: Define your product and offerings, identify your target market, and develop a plan to acquire users/customers/contacts.
-Plan and build your Minimum Viable Product, and put it into action with real customers from Day 1
-Define a 30-day launch plan incorporating feedback loops, market testing, and identify partners, advisors, and opportunities for growth.
-Learn how to develop your go-to-market strategy, and learn what tools are necessary to help with marketing, funding, development, and more.
-Participants should come to the course with an specific business idea, existing business, or interest in a particular industry or market to focus on for the 4 sessions. At the end of the course, participants will have validated their idea, planned a strategy, and started to put a launch plan into motion.

Nikolai Chowdhury
Nikolai has spent his entire career in technology working with clients and companies ranging from small startups to large enterprises focused on crafting and delivering showcase worthy mobile applications, innovative products, frameworks, and strategies. His background is focused around mobile, IoT, pre-sales and solution architecture efforts, previously running an R&D Lab at a global technology consultancy.
Currently Nikolai leads strategic initiatives, partnerships, and technical delivery for connected device, smart home and CPG customers for the award winning Internet of Things (IoT) Smart Products Platform, EVRYTHNG based in New York City.
Nikolai holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a B.A. in Economics from Fordham College at Lincoln Center, and technical certifications from Microsoft and CompTIA.
