Small Plates Party Food Cooking Class with Parties That Cook 7/21/17

Small Plates are a great way to entertain because there is something that everyone will enjoy. Join the Parties That Cook team for a lively hands-on cooking class featuring our current favorite international appetizer recipes. We like mixing it up and this menu will take you for a spin around the globe.

We welcome your arrival at the Parties That Cook Kitchen with our antipasto platter of cheeses, salami, crackers and olives and a glass of Prosecco! This is a cocktail-style menu so once each team finishes cooking they will pass their platters around for everyone to taste.

Please bring a bottle (or two) of wine to enjoy and share with the group. This is a BYOB event.

Spring Vegetable Pakora with Asparagus, Spring Onion and Carrots with Cilantro Chutney

Hand-Rolled Scallion Pancakes with Chile Oil and Tamari Dipping Sauce

Beef and Kale Caesar Bites with Parmigiano-Reggiano

Shrimp Toasts on Crispy Brioche Points with Sesame Seeds

Lamb Sliders with Quick-Pickled Cucumbers and Indian Makhani Sauce

Mexican Chocolate Soufflés with Candied Pepitas

FAQ’S and Chef’s Notes:

• Students will receive electronic copies of all recipes.
• This is an active, hands-on class so we suggest long pants and comfortable, closed-toed/rubber soled shoes.
• Knives and utensils provided for in-class use.
• Parking is limited in the North Beach area. Please provide for extra time to find a space. If space is limited, we recommend the parking lot at Northpoint Centre Shopping Center, at 350 Bay St, San Francisco, CA 94133.
• No one under 21 years old will be admitted.
• Due to time constraints, not all participants will make all menu items and recipes.
• We cook with the best seasonal ingredients. Farmers are at the hands of Mother Nature and so are we. Therefore, menu ingredients are subject to change should the need arise.

Any food allergies or restrictions? Please ensure that you fill out the dietary restrictions portion during your ticket purchase so we are alerted to your needs and are able to plan accordingly.

Cancellation Policy: TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you may transfer to another class of equal or lesser value 7 days or more prior to the class. In addition, you may apply the price of the ticket to higher-priced class and pay the difference. Please notify us of any changes at classes@PartiesThatCook.com.
