Tickets are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Yes, depending on availability you may change your showtime or date through Eventbrite.
Is prepayment required?
Yes, full prepayment is required for reservations and must be made through credit card prepayment.
If we are a group, can we be seated together?
SAX will do its utmost to seat groups together and recommends the following in order to maximize the chances of accommodating such requests:
1. Groups should designate one person to purchase all their tickets under one payment. Tickets purchased separately will be considered as individual seating.
2. Groups will be sent a seating confirmation email through Eventbrite the week of the show. Please send all request to info@saxwdc.com.
3. Large group seating request are limited due to number of large group tables at the venue. The chances of accommodating such requests are highest with early email repsonses. The largest group we can group together is fourteen (14) guest.
Is a full food menu offered?
At SAX Sir Sundays our primary focus is on providing you the best live entertainment available on Sundays in DC. In order to do that and due to the format of the show we are not able to provide an a la carte menu or food substitutions. A set course menu has therefore been specifically created to provide valued patrons with a small variety of items, mindful of common dietary restrictions. For patrons desiring a more varied a la carte menu, we are open for dinner with live entertainment on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights.
Are there entry restrictions?
Yes, entry is limited to 10:45am-11:15am for the first show, and 1:45pm-2:15pm for the second show. No entry 15 minutes after show begins and no refunds for late arrivals.
Are any tickets available on-site the day of the show?
Ticket purchases and reservations must be purchased in advance of shows and no tickets are available on-site the day of the show.
How do we check in for the shows?
Please arrive on time for entrance into the venue. Our check-in desk in the lobby will seat you upon arrival. You must have an ID that matches the reservation name or ticket.
