Saturday Morning STEM Session Featuring

A Virtual Reality Career Exploration Demo

Join the Bolingbrook STEM Association as part of our on-going Saturday Morning STEM Session series, for an immersive and fun learning opportunity to explore career pathways in “Virtual Reality”! Jump into the virtual reality headsets, and get an interactive, hands-on experience to explore careers in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Automotive, the Construction Trades, and more, utilizing the Transfr’s hands-on VR simulation training platform! The Transfr VR platform specializes in creating classroom-to-careers pathways, training the next generation of workers for well-paying jobs across every industry.  This is done via hands-on, simulated training that teaches critical skills for in-demand jobs, while providing trainees real-world experience in the areas they need for those well-paying careers.

Note: Limited seating capacity available for 20 students. Register as soon as possible! Registration Portal will close once the capacity has been reached for the session. ** In an effort to prevent "No Shows", we ask that you register only if you are confident that you can attend. Thank you. 

The session will take place in-person at the Fountaindale Library located at 300 W. Briarcliff Road, Bolingbrook, IL 60440!

STEM Session - Saturday 10/14 - Grades 7th – 12th

  • Check-in at 9:30 am
  • Session from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm

Event to Include: Students will rotate through a career pathway hands-on Virtual Reality session, along with other fun and educational activities.
