- This is a free program open to community members but spots are limited based on room capacity and will be given to those registered on a first come first served basis, so please register and arrive on time to secure a spot for your child. Please enter your child's name when you register.
- Please note that children must be potty-trained to attend the program. If your child wears a diaper, we will call you to pick up your child. No exceptions
- Please ensure that your child has eaten before arrival as our childcare providers are not able to provide any food. Children may bring water bottles labeled with their names inside the babysitting room.
- If your child has any allergies, please let the childcare team know the nature of their allergies at drop-off time.
- If your child is in the program, you must remain on-site at MCA until you pick up your child after 8 rakahs and you must be available to respond to any notifications about your child.

Arrival/Check- in instructions:
- Kindly utilize the primary babysitting entrance for checking in your child, and proceed to drop them off at the second door (located near the water fountain). This arrangement is designed to minimize congestion in the main hallways. Similarly, for pick-up, please sign out and collect your child at the second door.
We kindly request that parents avoid crowding around the door. To facilitate a smooth process, we ask you to form a single-file line and patiently wait for your turn. Please no waving and shouting your child's name by the door. Our staff follows a structured procedure for both pick-ups and drop-offs. Please ensure to sign out your child, collect their belongings, and make sure to take home the art activity they participated in that day. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated
Water bottles:
Please leave a water bottle for your child and label everything you drop off for your child (i.e. water bottle, jacket, sweater etc) . We do not want your child to misplace their belongings.
Extra Clothes:
In case your child has an accident please bring extra clothes for him/her to change into.
Activity Calendar:
We've prepared a daily calendar outlining all activities for the entire month of Ramadan. Our goal is to keep parents informed about their child's engagements while they're in worship. - The provided calendar, including the approximate END times listed on the calendar for the daily program, serves as a general reference for parents to stay informed about their child's activities. We kindly request that you arrive to pick your child up promptly after strictly after completing 8 rakat of Taraweeh prayer. Your understanding and flexibility in this matter are greatly appreciated.
Late Fee:
In the event of tardiness in picking up your child, there will be a charge of $1 per minute for all parents starting 10 mins after 8 rakat concluded. It's essential to note that this service is provided freely to the community, and we are unable to extend beyond the allocated time, except on fundraising nights at MCA.
Allergies:
If your child has an allergy, please let the staff know.
Suggested Donation:
We highly encourage a suggested donation of $10 per child to cover overhead costs for organizing child care in terms of (staff, snacks, activities, and more) Any donation you make is highly appreciated. Please make your donations here: https://mcabayarea.org/donate-

Special Needs/Accommodations:
If your child requires special assistance or accommodations, kindly inform the staff in advance so that we can make the necessary preparations.
Sick/illness:
If your child displays visible signs of illness, we will promptly notify the parents. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing your child into childcare if they are unwell or not feeling their best.
