Discover the joys of the Paleo/Keto lifestyle -- that's right, the joys! Uncover the delicious exotic tastes I bring to the kitchen and the vast variety of foods that will tantalize your palate! There are plenty to choose from! This bimonthly club will unveil substitutes for all your faves, we'll discus the difference between Paleo and Keto foods and we'll delve into the recipes.
We'll discuss the health benefits of food, we will convert recipes, talk about meal prep, how to save money in the kitchen -- then, we head to the grocery store to find the best buys, discuss how to save money at the grocery store, learn about labels, learn how to decipher them and how to not be fooled by them. We'll have a base of what to look for, what to avoid....and the list goes on and on.
This meeting will be at the HEB on Hwy 96 and S. Shore Harbor. It is one of the nicest HEBs in the area and there are plenty of compliant options to choose from.
We will cover the produce section, seafood and some of the specialty foods at the "Cooking Time" counter.
