Join Culinary Literacy Center staff member Dolores Peralta as she combines her extensive cooking training and experience with her wine expertise. Peralta is a certified specialist of wine through the Society of Wine Educators and a certified educator for the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. Put your skills to the test and taste wines with a variety of characteristics alongside savory seasonal bites. This class is open to participants 21+. Please be prepared to present valid photo ID.
