RecruitingDaily.com 2017 #HRTX
What you can expect:
We understand that time is a precious commodity, and so we have crammed a morning, 8 – 12 with what we know will be a valuable use of time. We restrict numbers to 16 companies attending, with each person named on the invite able to bring along a colleague to share the experience.
The morning is divided into 4 sessions. After breakfast and coffee, there is a market overview, sharing the key trends in talent acquisition we are observing at RecruitingDaily and #tru (the recruiting unconference) events delivered by our own Jackye Clayton and Bill Boorman.
Next up are two 45 minute roundtable discussions hosted by an expert in the topic area. We will set the agenda by researching attendees prior to the event. You can guarantee the topics will be current and practical, with participants sharing their own experience and opinions. Each discussion group will be made up of 8 companies plus a discussion leader and local host. Previous participants have given us fantastic feedback on the value of these discussions. The topics will be announced one week prior to the event. You can submit your own topic when registering.
While one group takes part in the roundtable discussions, the other 8 attending companies will get the opportunity to meet with 8 technology companies, in a speed networking format. Each company will meet with each provider for 10 minutes on a one to one basis, with the opportunity to book demos after the event. Participants can book or decline demos confidentially after the session, and we will connect you with only those providers you want to be connected with.
The round tables and technology sessions are repeated with each participant attending two round tables and one technology session.
The morning closes with feedback and takeaways from all the roundtable sessions, and you are welcome to stick around and continue the discussion.
