Grocery Tour (Part 1)
Do you find grocery shopping dull, boring or tedious?

Are you at a loss as to what to buy? Do you feel overwhelmed?

Well, that's a choice! You don't have to be! You can take this class and learn a lot -- enough to create ease and to actually enjoy cooking and get compliments from friends and family.

Oh, and did I forget to mention that you too can love what you eat while you nourish your body? Silly me!

All that and a bag of -- alternative to chips!

This is the first in a 3 part series and we'll start with the produce section and cover part of the seafood section, chicken and beef.  We'll discuss organic v. conventional produce, and discover what those tricky terms and ingredients mean.  And we'll have fun at the grocery store.  (Did you know you could have FUN at the grocery store?) You don't have to take all parts of the tour, nor do you have to take them in any particular order.
 
The class starts promptly at 9:30 am, spots are limited so everyone can get individualized attention!
