Do you find yourself constantly reverting to the same thoughts, feelings and practices?
Many of the answers to these questions can be found in the study of our Temperaments - a science that is 2500 years old and recognised by great thinkers like Ibn Sina, Imam Al Ghazali, St. Thomas Aquinas and Carl Jung.

What will this introductory workshop entail?
The introductory course consists of the following four modules discussed in great detail:
- The origins and context of the four temperaments and how that relates to knowing the 'self'
- Recognising one’s own temperament
- How to motivate ourselves to get the best out of our lives
- How it affects our spiritual practice and relationship with God
