Join us to practice mindfulness for the first time or to refresh your existing practice with a group to help keep you focussed. Coping with the challenges Covid-19 presents is extremely difficult. Never before has it been so important to practice mindfulness to keep you physically and mentally well. Try out mindfulness with an experienced teacher who will guide you with gentleness and compassion.
The session will be held as a webinar on the free app Zoom. It can be watched on a mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. Simply Mindfulness will e-mail you the link 48 hours and 2 hours before the event. Once you click on the link it will go straight to the meeting or guide you through downloading Zoom first, if you don't already have it. It only takes a moment to do this. Your name will appear on the meeting screen, but the video and microphone link will be turned off, so you don't have to worry about how you look or any background noise. If you would like to change the name on the screen, click on 'partipants' and selct the options beside your own name. You can then 'change your name'.
