Evening Yoga & Meditation with Aphrosoul

Aphrosoul Lukumi (Disc Jockey, Spirit Guide, Certified Yoga Teacher 200Hr, Reiki Master Teacher) will guide a Gentle and Effective Beginners Yoga Class, followed by a short Meditation Session. Individual Reiki Sessions by request. 

Let's begin the week with breath, movement, stillness, and calm. This is a gentle but effective beginners yoga class, for those new to yoga, or those curious as to what the physical practice of yoga is about. focus is on breath, there will be moments of movement as well as moments of stillness. Concluding the class with a calming meditation session.

Listed is the who, what, when, and where I am teaching yoga and meditation classes including investment/offering. Please bring your yoga mat and arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class to allow time for check in.

Investment/Offering:
$10 per class or 
$120 for 12 classes over the 12 week session
