This class is ideal for anyone who practices yoga and is curious about incorporating mindfulness tools and cultivating a meditation practice. This workshop is designed to help us bridge movement of the yoga asana practice and and stillness of a meditation practice.
In this workshop we will spend time discussing the benefits of meditation, exploring different meditation options, along with techniques on how to establish a practice. We will begin with breathwork, meditation foundations and tie the workshop together by combining all that we have learned in a slow meditative based movement practice.
