For people looking to volunteer, LA Kitchen is a non-profit organization that nourishes the community with locally sourced healthy food that would otherwise be discarded. Unlike other kitchens, our culinary team is made up of men and women transitioning out of incarceration or foster care and have graduated from LA Kitchen's Empowerment training program.Celebrate International Women's Day with an empowering day of Kitchen Prep volunteer service at L.A. Kitchen and prep healthy meals for the Downtown Women's Center.Two volunteer shifts available:
