Join Anderson’s Bookshop for an author event with Barbara Costello, aka Babs, to celebrate the release of her newest book Every Day with Babs, on Monday, April 14th at 7:00 pm at Pfeiffer Hall on the campus of North Central College. All books will come pre-signed.
Event Format
We will begin checking you in approximately 60 minutes before the start time. After a presentation and Q&A with the author, the line will form in numbered order with the following guidelines:
Posed photo with your camera taken by our staff
All events have open seating. The “Order Line Number” on your pdf ticket is your reserved place in the photo line. You will line up to meet the author based on that number.
If you cannot attend, you must pick up your book (if included with ticket) at the hosting store within 30 days of the event. We can ship that book to you for an additional charge of $9.99; please call the store to arrange that.
Pre-registration is required for this event because space is limited.

- Low and Slow Saturday: Hands-off slow cooker recipes such as French Onion Soup Pot Roast, Finger Lickin’ Good Sweet & Sour Ribs, and Not to Be Missed Moroccan Chickpea Apricot Stew

Barbara Costello, known as BrunchwithBabs on social media, is a mother of four and grandmother of nine. Babs has taken the internet by storm with her warmth, enthusiasm, practical tips, and motherly wisdom, earning her the title of "the internet's favorite grandma." The bestselling author of Celebrate with Babs, she’s also a regular guest on Today, Good Morning America, and The Drew Barrymore Show, where she shares her household tips, tricks, hacks, and delicious recipes.
