Have you ever:
-
Eaten a whole big bag of chips in one sitting without realizing it?
-
Do you find yourself reaching for seconds just because it’s there?
-
Do you hate yourself afterwards? Wondering, “Why, did I just eat that?”
Well, you are not alone! Most people over-indulging on a regular basis – trying to satisfy an internal craving, only to end up feeling like crap.
But it is possible to break these habits and enjoy a relationship with food that honors your body, heart and spirit with loving kindness.
Your body has incredible wisdom, and it is communicating with you all the time. It is telling you what it requires – the problem is we don’t know how to listen and interpret what it’s tell us. Once we understand our body, we can live in harmony with ourselves. We can return to natural innate eating habits that nourish the body, calm the mind, bring love to the heart, and honor the spirit.
When you eat consciously to nourish your whole self – body, mind, heart and spirit – you enjoy a satiating feast for all your senses that leaves you feeling nourished and satisfied.
Do you want this in your life? You’re invited to join us for a unique event where we will be combining nutrition and sensory delights with listening to your body and honoring your heart and spirit.
This workshop includes super-scrumptious healthy food provided by chef and health coach, Oralia Acosta. Her foods include layers of flavors to delight all your senses and tantalize all your taste buds for a nutrilicious experience.
The workshop is facilitated by Debra Graugnard, M.Div., of Joyfully Living Wellness. Debra shares tips, teachings and practices from years of study of Prophetic Medicine, Natural Hygiene, Spiritual Healing, Cleansing therapies, basic Anatomy and Physiology and more.
They serve to optimize your digestion, weight and body-mind-heart-spirit health. We'll engage in heart-centered healing discussions to help you overcome emotional eating, and we'll practice what we learn with the delightful meal provided by Oralia.
If your targets/goals for the year are to lose weight, improve digestion, improve sleep, gain energy and/or focus, this is a "do NOT miss" event!
See you there!
