AG Design Class - Lisianthus & Lipstick

As an independent business, we love nothing better than sharing an AG Design Class with another local, independent business! This March, we are being joined by beauty guru Michael Perich, owner of Glen Ellyn’s beloved The Gnome Colony Co.! This AG Design Class will feature a hand-tied bouquet made from a harmonious mix of seasonal flowers. Each class participant will construct a bouquet of seasonal flowers that are evenly distributed with rotated stems. You will learn how to select loose stems at Andrew’s Garden that you can then take home, arrange yourself and drop into your favorite vase. Each participant’s bouquet will be wrapped and bagged in water at the end of the class for easy transport home.

At Andrew’s Garden, we use premium, high-end, seasonal flowers to create exceptional, garden-style designs. In each AG Design Class, you will learn how to choose, handle and care for flowers for the best results. We will show you how to combine different varieties of flowers, greenery and other natural materials to accomplish that recognizable style you have come to expect from Andrew’s Garden. Along the way, we will discuss basic design concepts including size, proportion, color-balance, vase choice, and so on. You will be having so much fun that you won’t even realize how much you are learning about flowers! Our hands-on classes are intended to be informative and entertaining for every level of experience!

General Information for AG Design Classes:

• Space is limited and most classes sell out.
• Unless otherwise indicated, classes are held at Andrew’s Garden, starting at 7:00 pm. 
• Most classes last 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
• Class fees are per person & include all flowers and supplies. Wine & Design Classes include wine and small bites. 
• You may BYOB except for Wine & Design Classes (when food & beverage is included in the class fee). 
• AG Design Class fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will apply your class fees as a credit toward the cost of another AG Design Class of your choice. Since we purchase flowers and supplies for each class, we cannot offer a credit for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
