Winter Film Awards fifth annual Indie Film Festival runs from February 18- 26 2016 with jam-packed days of film screenings, discussion panels and daily after-parties, capped by a glittering Awards Ceremony at one of the loveliest clubs in NYC. Winter Film Awards focuses on diversity in Independent Film, with a special emphasis on highlighting women and minority filmmakers. We are proud to showcase films by emerging filmmakers from around the world in all genres and our 2016 Program is an exciting and diverse selection of 86 films of all types - animation, feature, short, horror, music videos, documentaries and foreign language films.
Screenings are broken into three blocks per day. Each block is roughly 2-3.5 hours and most include a 10 minute intermission. Each block includes 3-10 films (shorts and features) in a mixture of genres. Please check www.WinterFilmAwards.com for details of the films in each screening block.
Advance Tickets are available for individual screening blocks, or purchase a weekend or full-festival screening passes. Tickets will also be available at the door if the screening block is not sold out. Seats will be held for Weekend and Festival pass holders up until 15 minutes before doors open.

Films are not rated and some content may not be appropriate for children. Parties and Awards Ceremony are 21+ and require proof of age for entry.
