Gandhi Samaj of Chicago (GSC) was founded in 1984 in Chicago, IL, USA by  immigrants from South Gujarat part of India. GSC is a community of over 600 members living in Chicagoland and surrounding  cities. Our community members are from South Gujarat district of India (Surat, Mandvi, Navsari,Bilimora, Gandevi, Chikhli, Amalsad, Valsad and Vapito name a few). 

 

The objectives of GSC are to achieve and promote unity amongst members while helping the community to enhance cultural awareness via education, programs and through celebration of our festivals such as Diwali and Navratri.

 

Our activities include but not limited to Annual Summer Picnic, Community Service Day, Food Donation drive, Navratri and Diwali Celebrations and more. If you are not a member of GSC, please join us via Membership Page of the website.
