Carica E. Williams is a business school graduate, empowerment coach, small business consultant, self-published author, evangelist and motivational speaker. She is the president and founder of Women of Color Entrepreneurs Network and the non-profit, Beautiful are the Feet. Through events, coaching sessions, workshops, and The Entrepreneur's Coaching Center, and mastermind groups, she empowers individuals to overcome the fear to turn business and life dreams into a reality.

For over 10 years, it has been her passion to empower individuals who are ready and focused to overcome the fear that hinders personal, spiritual, emotional, or professional growth. She works closely with solopreneurs and microbusiness owners. She teaches tactics and strategies to turn business and life dreams into a reality. Carica E. Williams is outreach and ministry driven and walks firmly by faith trusting God's word and encouraging other's to do the same.

Through events, workshops, coaching, and mastermind groups, she reaches her mission of empowerment.
