We look forward to welcoming summer workshop attendees to Colorado Springs' premier four-season destination. Nestled at the base of the Rocky Mountains and surrounded by a sweeping mountainscape and picturesque views, the resort provides guest rooms and suites in eight residential lodges conveniently located near our session rooms. Modern amenities, supreme comfort, and an understated Rocky Mountain-inspired décor provide comfort and relaxation during a fun and science-filled weekend.

Double Queen Accommodations: $249.00 per night
King Bed Accommodations: $279.00 per night
Tax: Room rates are subject to a 10.20% tax and 2.95% public improvement fee.
Resort Fee: $35.00 per night plus tax
- The following amenities are included as part of the resort fee: parking, fitness classes, outdoor tennis, boating(seasonal), wireless internet access in guestrooms and public areas, 800 and Local call access, and in room coffee and tea, fitness center and aquatics access and parking.
Check-In Time: 4:00 pm.
Check-Out Time: 12:00 pm

Airports and Transportation
Colorado Springs Airport – Recommended
The Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is conveniently located just 10 miles from the event venue.
For the best travel experience, we recommend flying directly into this airport.
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between COS and the Cheyenne Mountain Resort for attendees during the times listed below. You are not required to sign up for shuttle pick up in advance, but you will be asked to sign up for your Sunday departure shuttle when you arrive at the registration desk. We will provide additional information on shuttle pick up location as we get closer to the event.
Those arriving or departing outside of these hours will need to arrange their own airport transportation.
- Arrivals: Thursday, 7/17/25 from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
- Shuttle will depart from COS to the resort every half hour with first departure at 9:00 am and last departure at 9:00 pm.
- Departures: Sunday, 7/20/25 from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
Denver International Airport
The Denver International Airport (DEN) is 85 miles (approximately a 1 hour 30 minute drive) from the event venue. While we can suggest a local company that offers shuttle service between DEN and COS (Groome Transportation), the conference does not include shuttle service from this airport. Those flying into DEN will need to arrange their own transportation to Cheyenne Resort.
Parking
There is no additional charge for parking at the resort. Self-parking is available outside each lodge and is included in the resort fee.

Although Hertz is not able to offer childcare onsite, we have collected recommendations from the venue and local fellows and have compiled the following crowd-sourced list. Note that we are not endorsing any of the providers and cannot guarantee that they are available, but we can provide the list as a good place to start.
