Must pre-register by Aug. 20: We have to inform the restaurant of how many people will attend 
TICKET covers all food, tax, and tip.
Nonrefundable but tickets transferable to someone else.

DELICIOUS 100% VEGAN BUFFET

Chef's Special Vegan Selections
Pakora – Veggies in a chickpea crust, fried (light oil)
Vegetable Biryani - Mostly rice with some vegetables
Dahl Tadka: Yellow lentils cooked with fresh onions, tomatoes, garlic and spices
Tofu Chili – Deep fried tofu cooked with onion, tomato, green peppers, sweet chili sauce, and ketchup
Chana Masala – Chick peas, onion & tomato base
Aloo Karahi: Potato light sauté, cumin seed base. Bombay style
Roti: flat bread
Steamed veggies: Broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, mushrooms
Salad: Mixed garden w/ romaine lettuce – oil/vinegar and a vegan creamy dressing

Desserts
Suji Haluwa: Semolina cooked with coconut milk, and sugar
Coconut mango ice cream

PREPARATIONS:
All low-salt, mild spice. Salt shakers on tables for those who want more salt. No judgement %!*#@
Canola oil (probably) for sautés. Light amounts of oil used; food is not greasy at all. 
   - If you want greasy food BYO-OIL  (Just kidding, please don't BYO-OIL :)
All gluten-free except for roti bread. 
No nuts! Nut allergy folks, this is for you - feel free to go nuts on the food, pun intended!

STUMP THE VEGAN JEOPARDY AND RAFFLE: 9:30 – 9:50 
Each person receives a raffle ticket. When a ticket number is announced, the winner picks a 'Stump-theVegan" question from the Jeopardy game, and automatically wins a prize.
