14 Jun - Manoeuvring family and relationships when cabin fever sets in

Hands up if you’re experiencing some sort of cabin fever? Maybe you’ve lost just a wee bit of love for your family members that have morphed in to demons recently. This doesn’t just relate to cabin fever. What do you do when you’ve had enough of someone? Whilst we are fundamentally social creatures, forced confinement or regular proximity can get the better of even the most social of us. Creating the environment you want, changing it up regularly, as well as learning how to navigate grumpy personas are key tactics to coming out stronger when close proximity or regular contact is over. We may even learn something more about ourselves throughout the experience.

9 Aug - Making choices that move you from a position of pain to power

I love this concept, taking your fear and converting it to a power charger. I stumbled across this in the book Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway, By Susan Jeffers. A motto I try and live by (but didn’t realise it would be a good book to write!). What do you say to yourself when you’re up against it? Do you dig in and tell yourself you will win, or second guess yourself all the way. Do you think about what you might miss out on? This will be a crazy conversation with the three of us who have broken barriers, run/cycled til we dropped or stepped on the hornets’ nest, on purpose, just a few times!

Larry Cohen has a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in psychology. Througout his life he's had to make tough decision, take personal and business risks constantly moving him from the paralysing power of fear and pain to one of power and success.

13 Sep - Performance Mindset – how to win it

My coach and I decided I was going to have a crack at the World Duathlon Champs in Adelaide as I was a pretty shit swimmer, so concentrating on what I was good at (running and cycling) would make a dream come through. I wasn’t so much worried about not making a podium at the world champs (haha) rather than looking like a fat leprechaun at the start line in a green one-piece triathlon suit. I didn’t realise it then but many of the ‘tactics’ I employed are not just for elite (ahem) athletes. Nathalie and Abby will evolve this dialogue as we explore the fundamentals of a performance mindset not just for elite performance, but for a better quality of life every day.

Abby Lewtas is an adventurer, life coach and blogger, with an impressive history of representing Australia from an young age beach sprinting, and as a member of the national bobsledding team. To Abby, travel and adventure require courage, perseverance and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone. Exploring the world promotes personal growth, self-awareness and a new perspective. She works with wanderlusters and adventurers to help them find their purpose and harmony and lean into life back home.

11 Oct - Setting Goals – big and small as you adventure in life or career

I can’t live without having some sort of goal dangling in front of me. Usually and adventure/fitness one. More importantly these goals reflect me and keep me in a happy place in anticipation of getting to the start line, then the destination. They goals are me. They are mine. My identity is written all over them. I do them for no one else. I fight to keep them in place. Setting goals not only give syou a reason for getting out of bed, they tell others what’s important to you, who you are! My long term amazing coach has agreed to share her insights with us in this webinar and we’re lucky to have Jeannette McGill of McGills Mountains give us her hard earned experience when it comes to setting outrageous goals.

Coach Tedde has helped thousands of athletes make their dreams come through in the triathlon and multisport world. Having competed at the international level as a triathlete in the 90s she is a dream maker for many as they chase their dreams to the proverbial finish line. She totally gets being a parent / full time career nut, having played every trick in the book to get her athletes to the start line. A ninja at breaking goals down, and obliterating obstacles on the journey to the finish line.

Jeannette McGill has many firsts to her name. The coolest one being the first female to get a blasting licence in South Africa, in 2018 she was the first South African to ascend the 8000m peak Manaslu. An executive in a blue-chip company, a global leader with a passion for coaching ‘green’ hikers to do their first ascent of an big peaks in the Himalayas. She has oodles of patience as she breaks her goals down, and does the same for those she mentors to climb their mountains.
