SWEATY SAVOY TM is a Lindy Hop Infused HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout created by dancer, choreographer and fitness trainer Nadyia Blakemore of Nadyia Blakemore Empowerment Fitness. Nadyia uniquely uses traditional body weight/resistance training exercises and combines them with high energy 1920's lindy hop dance moves, making Sweaty Savoy a fun, exciting and challenging workout to create your desired sculpted body. Whether you want to burn calories or just get moving, Sweaty Savoy will help you achieve a wide range of fitness goals. To keep the party LIVE clients sweat it out to the hottest playlist ranging from electro-swing to trap/hip-hop music. Classes are co-ed so couples and besties are encouraged to bond and get into shape together.
