- Empowering. I took away tools I can use for ongoing discovery.
- A richly experiential learning opportunity.
- A safe space to explore and share myself honestly.
- Powerful. The small group practice sessions pulled images, words and ideas out of a deeper part of me than my thinking mind.
- Just enough information to digest and use without overloading my brain.
- A chance to reach inward and cultivate my connection with, and trust in, my artist self.
