Spring in Provence
Spring in Provence brings the Mediterranean coast alive with the sights and scents of fresh fruits and vegetables. In this class Sherry will show you how to enjoy the authentic ingredients and dishes from this beautiful part of France. Working in teams, we will prepare an olive and fig tapenade, a classic Salade Niçoise, caramelized onion tart flatbread, and honey lavender ice cream for dessert. We will all then sit down together and enjoy the meal (with some chilled Rosé of course!).
