Come WHINE your body to health with SocaNwet Dance Fitness!
This Caribbean inspired workout series is designed to get you at your best self while vibing to Soca's latest beats.
Each class will begin with endurance warm-ups, waist wining, body isolation exercises, mini choreography, and lots of bum bum shaking.
Treat yourself to a healthier life, SOCA style!
Things to bring:
1. WATER! This class will leave you sweating a little more than usual. Make sure you have water to keep you hydrated.
2. A towel.
3. Yoga mat. At max 15 mins of floor excersies in every class!
**If being on the floor is not an option for you, inform the instructor and she will provide an alternative that fits best.
**Dancers of all levels are welcome and payment is welcomed at the door**
