Vernon Lanes is located at 1575 Story Ave. It was purchased by Louisville-based ownership group Vernon Lanes LLC in March for $1.1 million. The venue, which closed in 2015, has now been remodeled.
The 17,000-square-foot building includes several different entertainment concepts. On the first level, guests can gather around the bar, which has 20 beers on tap, or bowl on the eight lanes in the back of the building. "We have a mix of local beers, as well as your bowling beers, you know like Miller High Life," Bruce Jarrett, general manager of Vernon Lanes, said.
