We are stoked to be hosting another guidebook release for the Cascade ski backcountry with local guide Matt Schonwald and Off-Piste Ski Atlas! 
On the heels of last years successful release, Matt’s newest guidebook focuses on Mt. Baker backcountry. Come on out, see the presentation, hang with the author, and have a cold one on Vertical World! 

About the Author
Matt Schonwald began skiing as disco was dying at New York’s Hunter Mountain, "The Snow Making Capital of the World." A summer ski trip to Mt. Hood inspired him to move to Washington State for college and he never looked back. Matt founded BC Adventure Guides and is a certified Ski-Mountaineering Guide with the American Mountain Guides Association. He is a certified Avalanche Instructor with the American Avalanche Association and Professional Observer with the Northwest Avalanche Center. This is Matt's second published guide book.
