Yoga is a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices that was originated in India. It will help to control your body and mind as you focus solely on yourself and bettering you. This morning yoga at the Environmental Center is for adults only. They will explore the many joys that yoga can offer you. Don’t worry what level you may be, all are welcome and you can move at your own pace. Breathing synchronized with movement will help warm the body and relax the mind. Make sure to dress comfortably and bring your own mat. Before you go make sure you register in advance or you will not be able to participate. All you have to do is call.
