Then join me for Feelings For Healing, a Mindfulness in Motion series that uses visualization, journaling and your authentic movement to unleash the strong, empowered, amazing person you are meant to be.

Do you find yourself dreaming big about your ideal life? Who you want to be, what you want to do, where you want to go? You have an amazing vision of what that looks like and then a voice pops into your head that says "You're not good/brave/smart/good-looking/dedicated enough to accomplish that." And your dream disappears as quickly as a balloon accidentally released to the sky.

Come to clear your mind, move your body, and center your soul. You'll leave feeling refreshed & more self-aware (physically & mentally) - the benefits of devoting time to self care - plus you'll gain clarity on how to bring more positive feelings into your week and a plan to move you closer to your desires.

Tickets can be purchased per class OR as a 5 or 10 class package.

Class packs expire 3 months from the date of your first class. Please note the "Feelings For Healing" series will last from June-August. Classes in the Fall will have a new theme, TBA at a later date.

Class Packs can be used for Mindfulness in Motion AND other Soul Centered Movement classes. Class Packs can currently be used towards SCM children's classes:

Boogie Woogie Toddler (walking-3 years with a caregiver), Tuesdays 10:00-10:45am @ Rast Ballet

Rockabye Baby (infants 2 months to pre-walking with a caregiver), Tuesdays 11:15am-12pm @ Rast Ballet

What are my transportation/parking options getting to the event?

Tribe is accesible via the Belmont bus, Brown line (Paulina stop) and there is ample free street parking available.

Do you offer refunds?

There are no refunds and drop in class purchases are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Please make sure you can join us before registering for a specific class date. If you need flexibility in choosing when you come to class, a class pack may be the best choice for you. Class Packs are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. The 5 class pack offers the flexibility of choosing last minute what dates you attend class. The 10 class pack is the best value to attend the entire series.
