CEO Retreat

The CEO Retreat is a pre-institute of the Leadership and Capacity Building Institute (LCBI), co-hosted with NAYE. 

This one-time convening is designed to gather and engage network CEOs/EDs in prioritizing well-being and fostering genuine connections through peer-to-peer support. Experts will assist CEOs with practical ways to navigate their roles with resilience while developing a strong sense of community, ultimately driving positive change within the network and beyond.

Emerging Leaders

The Emerging Leaders 2024 class will come together as a full cohort from June 12 – June 15 at LCBI to continue to learn from one another and reflect on their learning experiences. Get excited about fellowship, learning, and growth!  

As an Emerging Leader, YWCA USA will cover your travel to and from Atlanta, your hotel stay* (June 11-15), select meals, and the LCBI registration fee. Cohort members will be responsible for meals outside the exclusive Emerging Leaders dinner and meals provided during the conference.

Join us for the Leadership & Capacity Building Conference, “Mission Forward: Empowering Movement Leaders,” June 12-15 at the Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta.
